I take back everything I said about the aggressive sales tactics of Bangkok's tuk-tuk drivers. The drivers in Phnom Penh take the prize. There are swarms of them and they are so busy trying to get your attention that they don't really watch where they are driving. They are shouting to people on the street, while nearly running into their desired customer and each other.
A note to the moto and cyclo drivers of Phnom Penh: Running me over will get my attention, but will not get my business.
