A Kind Gesture from an Unlikely Source

Yet another gate in Tallinn. But it's the one closest to my hostel and it leads to a pretty park. I walked to the park to enjoy the sunny afternoon and took a seat on a park bench to relax and write in my journal. After a fashion, a homeless man approached me from where he had been conversing with his fellow park-dwellers. He handed me a bouquet of flowers, which had clearly been picked in the park, and walked away. I guess he thought I needed them.
It's sad to say that I haven't gotten flowers from a man in quite some time and now I am getting them from a man that sleeps in the park. What does this say?
Send flowers, please!

I see you found your own kind. That's nice, dear.

Actually that's very nice. And he didn't even ask for money? Good stuff.
